Ferme Nos Pilifs

Our biscuit supplier, a local farm that employs disabled workers. La Ferme Nos Pilifs offers meaningful employment to individuals with disabilities.

Bigh Farm

An aquaponic farm that integrates fish farming and plant cultivation in a sustainable system, supporting local food production and innovative agricultural practices.

Enjoy dishes prepared with ingredients from committed partners such as MABIO or BIGH Farm, a local urban farm practicing sustainable agriculture. This helps reduce transport-related emissions while actively supporting the local economy.

We invite clients to make a voluntary contribution of €180 per event to support our partnership with Alpaca. This contribution helps redistribute surplus food to local food banks. By choosing this option, you help reduce waste while meeting essential needs in the community.

We use Winnow, an intelligent food waste tracking system, to measure and reduce waste precisely. This approach enables us to operate more sustainably and lower our overall environmental impact.

We apply the HCMI methodology, specifically developed for the hospitality industry, to measure and transparently communicate the carbon footprint of your events. This encourages more responsible and environmentally conscious planning.

For residential stays, you have the option to choose a reduced cleaning service during longer visits. For every room participating in this initiative, we donate €5 to TADA, an organization that supports education and inclusion for vulnerable teenagers in Brussels.
